20 hours on a plane to Hong Kong…

Was actually not that bad, however I was traveling business class so I can't complain. I had a grand scheme to adjust to HK time, which meant I was just going to operate on HK time starting from when I got on the plane. So, I didn't sleep through the night when I normally would, I ate dinner when I would normally be sleeping, and for some reason I wasn't tired when it was time to sleep! A couple glasses of red wine later and I was out like a light! My seat, or 'pod' rolled out into a bed. The services on Cathay Pacific were GREAT and everyone was very friendly. The privacy factor in my pod was a big plus. After 5 hours we had a quick stop in Vancouver, BC and then another 14 hours to HK. The warm air hit me as soon as I walked out of the plane and I welcomed the great weather! Quite a change from the cold in Boston! Customs was a breeze and we even took the airport express into Hong Kong – only $100 HKD or $13 USD. Four Seasons here I come!
