OK, I thought this was fun and crazy. Bamboo scaffolding! Literally, rods of bamboo tied together with some flexible rubberband like ties. This is on a relatively small building, but they do this to huge skyscrapers too! Insane. Safety laws are pretty relaxed in HK.
omg. don't tell them it's not stronger. no doubt you will be subjected to an hour long lesson on bamboo. haha!!
